This is a 22-year-old male with history of multiple nasal septal fractures with severe septal obstruction, nasal airway obstruction, and nasal deformity. The patient has a collapse of the right and left anterior nasal valve, traumatic dorsonasal hump, wide-based and a full nasal tip. To repair not only the medical portion of the nose but the cosmetic portion an open septorhinoplasty was done. This not only improved the look of the nose but improved his well-being by finally being able to breathe better.
